We were able to visit Charles and family over Memorial Day Weekend. It was a treat to get to watch a day of branding and see real cowboys and girls work. We had a great visit, hiking around the caves with Henry and Alice, eating yummy Rebecca food, and visiting. We didn't even have to work!! Hope we can all get together sometime this summer or fall--it would be fun to do another family reunion. We thought about Wallowa Lake or Anthony Lakes--any other ideas? You are always welcome here in Ellensburg! We will be staying in this big 'ol house for another year (our landlords just let us know they aren't selling it yet!).Look at that horsemanship! Do I have a clue what I'm doing? NO!

Very cool! Thanks for the great pictures. Why doesn't Charles ever look any older? It must be all that hard work and a diet full of red meat. Glad you got to hang out with relatives. I would love to do a reunion but we are heading to Disneyland with the Hutchins crowd in October for Mary and Jerry's 50th wedding anniversary. Maybe next year we can plan something around Kelisha's wedding, if she is still going to have a big to-do. Love you guys. Alice
We (Art and me) got to hear Jen's excellent description of the ranching weekend. Sounded wonderful. We see Rebecca and Charlie and Henry and Alice all too seldom and am very glad to share, second-hand, as it were, in their activities through others. Thanks for wonderful pictures!
